Recipe for Fun!
Step 1: Select your children’s favorite stuffed animals and place them all around the house. Be sure to count how many you place so you know at the end how many they should have.
Step 2: Once all animals are placed, instruct your child – the zookeeper - to round them all up by going from room to room to capture them and bring them back to the zoo.
Step 3: Set a timer to see if your zookeeper can beat the clock before the animals escape into the wild.
Modifications:
- With multiple children, create a challenge to see who gets the best time.
- Add creativity and increase the challenge by designing a jump rope as a lasso to round up the animals.
- Swap out stuffed animals and use toy cars to gather and park in the “garage”.
