Recipe for Fun!
Lay out the five ‘emotion’ titles: Happy, Sad, Angry, Afraid, Ashamed. Children now have to take turns putting the other words under the proper heading. For example, hopeless would go under Sad, bashful under Ashamed. As with all emotion-building games, this is a great time to start discussions with kids to ask when they’ve felt a certain way, or how they make themselves feel better when certain emotions arise.
